In this video, I start off going through all of the materials you’re going to need for learning to sketch and draw. Once you have a better understanding of those, you can start drawing simple shapes and lines and practicing sketching with an HB, B, or 2B pencil. These are good pencils for sketching lightly but also allow you to go a little darker when needed for shading. I plan to cover perspective, values, edges, shading techniques, proportions, landscapes and many other topics of sketching and drawing for beginners and intermediate artists.

In this tutorial I’ll show you how to draw shades and how to shade correctly a figure. With this lesson you’ll learn the basic technic to shade and how it is supposed to be done. These tips will help you to embellish your drawing, in order to polish and enrich them to make your creations a work of art.

For this drawing of a building in dramatic 3-Point Perspective from a worm’s eye perspective point of view, I used a 4B pencil. The horizon is low down, with 2-point perspective and then the three point is at the top of the drawing. There is a crushed can of coke in the foreground, we are looking up at a skyscraper too! The drawing is my 201st YouTube How to Draw video for my channel, Circle Line Art School.

Thank you for watching this free art tutorial. I hope you find it useful for your own perspective drawings.

Hello everyone! Hope y’all’s summer is going great! As requested, today I’m going to show y’all how I draw lips. This drawing was a challenge but fun too. I hope y’all enjoy it and find it helpful.

A collection of photos depicting various acts of vandalism perpetrated by some people with profound sense of humor. Though, one should never condone graffiti and vandalism, we have to admit that some of these smartass acts we find to be very funny and have made us laugh… Many of these vandals are so creative that some of this work may qualify as street art, indeed!

They say that home is where the heart is. However in this case, home is where the ART is. These hilarious article on, “DIY Pinterest: Expectations vs. Reality” could not be more accurate for those who can relate to being the least bit artistic. Needless to say, we ourselves would probably be in the same situation if we were given the task to emulate the projects as well.

More or less, we all know how Pinterest works. This is the type of platform where you can get inspired, see if you can recreate some of these looks and even show the world what you’ve got! We gathered up an array of photos from the popular platform, from themes like babies, makeup, fashion, animals and even a Justin Bieber cake. Don’t beliebe me? Wait until you get to the last bit of the video.

We get it, nobody is perfect and that’s why these attempts all still very much get an A for effort! So in watching our latest piece, keep in mind that while there will be a couple laughs here and there, remember that at some point or another… we’ve all be there!
